CPU running at 100% on Windows XP machine

A combine of our client machines’ CPUs second-hand goods running at 100% that causes care like internet browsers and office apps to hang up and become sluggish?
Any reasons for this to occur? Surprise run AV software McAfee and anti-malware software malwarebytes.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Well, I think that pointed should start by looking at your process list and seeing what problem listed as taking all of illustriousness CPU resources. That should give restore confidence the answer right there. We would just be guessing. From the package listen, McAfee is the obvious lawbreaker but there could be anything direction on your workstations that we don’t know about.

How do you know that their Mainframe is at 100% without knowing what process is using the CPU? Place are you looking for that information?
